Work-life balance is great and not having to commute into Seattle is wonderful! The people at the company are great, the new CEO has a great plan and it is slowly showing, and there is Opportunity to expand out.

Cons

The growth path is in need to fixing, which I know they are working toward. Other then that it's a good company.

people, free food, 40 hour weeks, 6 figures, new CEO with new vision

Cons

lots of processes need to change to be more customer centric. Sales has to deal with a lot of incompetent support people, that make our jobs harder.
