      Most TOXIC place I have ever worked.

      The only pro at this company is that you will meet some of the loveliest people ever.

      Where do I start.... They mis-sell jobs. Zero training, on-boarding or support. You're left to figure everything out on your own. There is a heavy expectation on the new person to come in and fix everything because everything is so horrifically broken. New people are favoured and their opinions are taken over those who have been there for years. Zero processes. Awful backwards systems that make everything so manual and painful. You are expected to perform miracles but are constantly having to fight just to do your job. Then after being setup to fail, you become the scapegoat and get bullied or pushed out of the company. Management haven't got a clue. Most are condescending bullies that offer zero support. Each department would rather blame each other than work together to resolve things. Nobody takes ownership or accountability. Massive blame culture.
