There is no training provided at all, you are thrown into the deep end after false promises are made in the interview. I was told that I would be trained and there would be a good chance for growth in the company. From the 3 people who interviewed me, 2 left shortly after I joined. That speaks for itself really. They turn a blind eye to harassment and discrimination if the person doing the wrong is making the business money. Nobody cares about anyone apart from making money. I thought my manager was decent but I was even wrong about that. There is so much dishonesty throughout this business. I wish I had left much sooner.
