Pros
ZCSPL is a good place to work. I have been reading many reviews about downsizing and layoffs. This happens in all the companies. The middle management should not be blamed as these are corporate decisions taken at a higher level. ZCSPL gives you ample opportunity and time to learn and develop your skills so that one can prepare himself/herself for the next level and if these layoffs happen one is prepared to face the world.
Cons
There are many reviews posted here about learning. This is not a school which will teach how to work. One has to learn on his/her own to stand out in the crowd for better opportunities. Ample time is available for all the employees to develop themselves and groom themselves. Support is always provided for people who are willing to learn and take up new challenges.
