      Pros

      The best reason is the money and the global capabilities for clients. There is often good incentives from Vendors too

      Cons

      They can be a little aggressive in targets, and you will have a lot of responsibility that sometimes you feel sits outside the sales remit.

      Good Leadership and managers. They listen to your problems and try to resolve them Decent salary

      You have to work in night shifts 8:30PM-5:30 AM IST

      Pros

      I have a support role and Zones has been great-great work life balance, flexible schedule. They pay on the low end but if you are a quality employee and show your worth, you can get raises-I have every year. There are a lot of changes happening recently with processes and procedures so I'm optimistic about that.

      Cons

      There needs to be more cross training between departments and the benefits package isn't great. It would be nice to have more career opportunities for support staff.
