Great for Short-Term Employment

-unique opportunity to learn phlebotomy without any prior medical training -closely working with providers & patients -minimal oversight on a day to day basis but plenty of support -great experience if you want to become a PA, FNP, MD, or ND especially if you need a job while applying to schools (this seems to be the type of candidate that the position was designed for) -easy to get OT shifts to make extra money

Cons

-you are disposable, there is a rotating supply of premed students to replace you always -very corporate -experience really dependent on which clinic(s) you work at, who your coworkers are, etc -not great pay -odd hours -little in-person support
