Pros

Nicest group of people, including managers, that I’ve worked with at any company. Great teamwork and dedication to providing a positive patient experience.

Pros

Good work life balance Coworkers are nice and helpful

Cons

Lack of career growth. Managements friends will get hired instead of promoting within. Poor management. Management will not work with you, if you explain why your metrics are down management will tell you that you aren't taking accountability. Poor wage. It is not livable, your merit raises don't take into account inflation.
