Pros

Achievable goals, excellent training. Good work life balance. Nice people. Growing market.

Cons

Becoming such a large company the human feel of the org is diminishing. Still not a very diverse company, especially among leadership, makes for a lot of misses regarding the experience of employees of color and other underrepresented communities.

Zoominfo invests in their employees with the best tools to do their jobs, training (including personal development), and their personal interest in you as an employee and as a person. Super supportive.

Cons

I honestly do not have any cons to add here. I have been here for almost 10 years. Started in Sales and about a year ago moved into Learning and Development.
