Terrible culture of micromanagement Can’t take Decembers off A lot of gaslighting and nasty culture Over work you to the point you end up having personal issues Also work life balance doesn’t exist here, the companies so bad that if I ever referred someone that means I didn’t like them much

I've been employed by this company for over a year, and this is the worst time of my professional life. Very discouraging and limited room for growth in the sales enablement (demo) team. Our amazing team leader is incredibly sly, partial, and self-centered. No recognition, no equal opportunity. Her favorite will be the only one to receive recognition. Please refrain from joining the demos team as this is where you will witness genuine corporate politics. Our team suffers because of a poor team lead who manages people badly, even if our firm is good and other teams are having a great time. She will never support the team never interacts and never trust her team members; our thoughts are never taken into account. If we question anything, we are asked to leave the team and she always threatens us PIP. Management, kindly think about the shuffling team leaders. It is always we who are suffering. My team lead has given me a terrible experience, but I have no complaints about the organization or the manager except Team lead.
