      The atmosphere of the office is nice, with comfortable seating, a comfortable and pleasant general appearance, treats in the kitchen

      Cons

      Slow and inefficient work methods, slow work pace, not open to change and professional development, the way the employee's work is evaluated is very technical and unprofessional, does not respect and does not reflect the abilities and actions of the employees.

      Cons

      Hire, keep the employees for 11 months, Fire (so that they don't provide variable pay what they mentioned, because they not completed 1 year of serving)

      I've been working at ZoomInfo for 1.6 years as Contracts Administrator III (Sales) and it has been an exceptional experience from day one. Here are some of the things that stand out to me: 1. A Great Place for Career Growth: I started here as Contracts Administrator II, and with the support of my manager and senior manager, along with the chances given by ZoomInfo, I've advanced to the role of Contracts Administrator III in April 2023. It really shows how dedicated and committed this company is to help its employees grow. 2. Professional Growth Opportunities: ZoomInfo provides numerous opportunities for professional development and growth. They genuinely invest in their employees' career advancement. below are some great opportunities ZoomInfo offers to help their employees grow: • ZoomInfo provides access to LinkedIn Learning! • ZoomInfo runs an Emerging Leader certification program twice a year, and I got to take part in it. It's a fantastic opportunity to learn and build a strong leadership foundation. #definingnewpossibilites • Every year, ZoomInfo hosts a hackathon that not only gets our creative juices flowing but also brings everyone from various departments together as one team. #oneteamonedream • Diversity matters at ZoomInfo, and it shows. They've created a friendly and respectful workplace for everyone. They even recently held a Global Business Culture Awareness Training. 3. Competitive Compensation and Benefits: ZoomInfo knows how to take care of its employees. The pay is competitive, and the benefits package is solid. They truly appreciate their employees and appropriately reward hard work. I was chosen as the Star Performer for Q2 2023, which was a nice way to know they recognize and appreciate our efforts.
