No Pros - It is a company with zero employee centricity, no strategy and no future

Cons

No work life balance - long hours in night is given i.e. taken for granted Strategy changes like it is just casual conversation, in the morning they celebrate reaching 500 employees and in the evening same day they fire 100 employees.

Pros

The culture was exceptional at the organisation, the people always there to give a helping hand, the earning potential was good. Senior leadership in the US are rockstars, always on the ball and willing to go above and beyond.

Cons

No work life balance, management would call you on weekends, out of office hours chasing deals. Felt like sometimes you could not breathe and speaking to some colleagues it took its toll on them mentally. People could not take days off on special occassions for their family members and children also.
