      Company where hard work pays off, and very high standards.

      Pros

      They reward you well, and you are recognised for your efforts. Managements very supportive, they understand when you might not get something and will help you work towards it and be successful.

      Cons

      No real downsides just some long hours but once you’re organised and have control of everything it’s fine. Sometimes it can be cutthroat but certain calibre of people can deal with this. Back in office situation, CEO could have dealt with it better. Avoid company politics.

      I joined ZoomInfo 5.5 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the decision! -Humble leaders and an inspiring mentor! -Place to grow professionally -Unconditional support from managers and leadership -Great products -Great people and very passionate -Culture is great and they promote from within.

      Work/life balance could be improved and it is being worked on.
