New CTO is great, lots of solid changes

Pros

Six months ago this was a tough place to work, but since they brought in a new CTO, Chief Product Officer, and EVP of Product things have really turned around. Prior leaders were over their skis and the CEO made the right changes. New goals and objectives frameworks are aligning the organization to the right goals: customer success. Good pay, unlimited PTO, good managers, moving in the right direction.

Cons

Engineering and Product are going through changes so should be ready for a fast moving and changing environment

Pros

Top 16 inch Macbook Pro. Pretty good compensation package.

Cons

Non-effective design process. Designers don't decide anything, they just hired to create mockups that would be liked by execs. Mostly negative motivation: the management will always make you feel that you work not good enough. By the moment when my contract was terminated, I've got the first burnout in my life. The office is located in the middle of nowhere - industrial zone of Raanana, nice view to the big parking from the window, no infrastructure around.

- the product is great

Cons

- pay is below standard and quotas are enormous - micromanaged to death and the work never stops.100+ email internal chains on weekends -chop shop. if you start january 1, the faces you see on december 31 next to you will be super different - terrible culture of “passing the buck” downhill. everyone is getting whipped by their direct manager from entry level through VPs
