Pros

- Awesome co workers who are intelligent. This made my review go from 1 star to 2 stars.

Cons

- Useless RTO Policy. - Significant below market compensation - Layoffs happen more often than you think but is not in the news - Ridiculous amount of work with no direction - When work increases, your pay doesn't - The company is really stingy and will cost cut whenever possible. (Fyi the cappuccino pods aren't the reason you guys are decreasing in growth)
