Pros

Great company - The people are amazing!!! hard working and always willing to help. The CEO listens to the employees! There is no place for Ego here- being humble is one of the things the CEO believes in. The company is growing rapidly, completely customer obsessed. Number of customers is increasing and the product is up to speed and scale and constantly improving - I really believe in the product the roadmap and the management and see that the company will really succeed in the coming year.

Cons

I call it "Growing Pains", the company is growing fast and it means that you are required to work hard and long hours and you are sometimes needed to do things that are not in your job title, but it's a team effort and we understand it here. In addition, there are a lot of juniors - the lack of experience is noticed but it's overcome with hard work and willingness to learn.
