1. The people make the company - the Zoomin team are some of the most incredible and fun people I've ever encountered in any organization that I've ever worked in 2. Big customer names - the company has managed to carve a niche out for itself and secure big customer names

* People are straight with you. If they disagree, they do so to your face and respectfully. Criticism is constructive, even when it's tough. * You are given the latitude to own an area and to grow into your role, and the company will give you resources to do your job better, upon request. * Team makes an effort to keep up communication across countries during COVID. * Big fan of the CEO -- has experience, is honest and constructive, calls you out when necessary, gets in the details, knows how to read the room

Cons

* Not everyone responds to direct feedback well, but this place is very much about honesty. * Now that the team is growing in terms of headcount and geography, need to institute systems for scale. Already started doing that with OKRs, etc. -- need to double down on that even more now.
