the company is growing at exceptional speeds. They really hire the PEOPLE not the experience. They focus on hiring the right types of people, who may not have exactly the right experience. They are willing to train you and support you, if you show you are intelligent, dedicated and a hard worker. The product seems to be getting the attention of big multi-national companies

Cons

They have hired a lot of people lately, there seems to be a "this vs. us" feeling in the office now between the old and new. While the product is very successful, we are working in a boring industry

1. The people make the company - the Zoomin team are some of the most incredible and fun people I've ever encountered in any organization that I've ever worked in 2. Big customer names - the company has managed to carve a niche out for itself and secure big customer names
