Pros

Couldn't feel luckier to work at Zoomph. Ever since joining the team, I've been given autonomy and encouragement to try new things and drive growth. Incredibly close-knit team with a culture that makes it easy to look forward to coming to work every day. Fantastic flexibility and small startup vibe with significant growth opportunities.

Cons

An incredibly fast-moving startup, so if you're not comfortable with change, then it may be a bit tough. There is a considerable amount of autonomy, so you need to be a self-starter and able to identify and prioritize what needs to be done.

Pros

A supportive team that wants to win. Your tech and design team make you look great, your customers will think very highly of you. SMART people. You can learn something from everyone at Zoomph, top to bottom. People care about people. The thing you really want to know is can I make money at Zoomph? Yes, yes you can. 5 figure bonus checks aren't out of reach after 6 months. You'll be held accountable, heard, and have the ability to be aggressive and make money. Sales wins are appreciated by the team and celebrated- makes you feel great. Leadership challenges you daily and most importantly is comprised of genuinely good hearted and kind people.

Cons

The cons are small things like no frills snacks, coffee, drinks, tight office spaces, and so on. Financially sound management. You participate in activities with their sister company so holiday parties and monthly meals are substantial. This job isn't for everyone as you need to be the type of sales professional that keeps going, stays positive, and can ask for the contract. A true startup culture so you'll need to adapt to both changes and challenges. The job is not for those in rookie ball. You should be able to lead the charge with your clients, be able to communicate effectively with all levels and backgrounds, and have the ability to constructively handle objections from both internal and external stakeholders. If you're mature and have some tact, you'll thrive.
