      Pros

      1. Great team with talented people. 2. Still growing fast. This means more ownership and impact of the works. 3. The company is shifting towards long term growth instead of hacking for fund raising after the acquisition. 4. I know it’s team dependent, but my manager is very transparent and actively helps my career growth.

      Cons

      1. Bad vesting schedule for the company internal SARs. 2. No 401k match.

      - leadership has great vision and cares about its employees - management cares about physical and mental health of employees, rather than just being goal-driven

      Cons

      - growing too fast can lead to corporate inefficiencies (e.g. constantly onboarding new people) - like most tech companies, could stand to better represent women and other minority groups in STEM
