      Unprofessional by cursing

      Pros

      Most people work professionally and as a team others do not.

      Cons

      Unprofessional work environment. Trainers cursing and making derogatory comments on the job creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment. Higher ups constantly cursing on the job, bad example. Most people are great but a few bad apples make the company look bad. Human Resources does not exist. 90% of drivers are men. Which is why is so importante to speak professionally and respectfully to maintain a comfortable work environment for the few women and other men in the car.

      -Surprisingly trans-friendly -Pay was very decent for what the job was -Most of the people were chill

      Cons

      -CONSTANT Surveillance like you wouldn't believe -micromanaging your every move -complete sausage fest -easy to get fired, all it takes is 1 policy violation and there are several that are one-and done -independent contractor with no rights

      Inclusive atmosphere, friendly co-workers and management. Free meals & snacks.

      Cons

      Like most companies, there seems to be a high level of nepotism when it comes to hiring in-house. Additionally, you can quickly be forgotten regardless of output/work ethic. No real movement "up". Job feels like it's on the line daily. Young management with no prior management experience.
