The food here is exceptional.

I joined the simulation team a while ago, and I must inform you that it is not a favorable work environment. This is especially true for the 3D simulation team. Initially, things were manageable, but the situation deteriorated significantly when a new manager joined in late 2023. Micromanagement became prevalent, and it was evident that long-term vision was not their forte. Consider this a warning.

WLB is great Most people are nice and great to work with Lunch/snacks is good Pay seems to be higher than market median

Cons

Limited to no career growth. You will only use current skills. Promotions are rare and job changes are hard to come by despite many open recs. Direction is given but changes by the time it reaches the workers in the company. Most management openly treat women and men differently, but acts like it doesn't happen. Hard to make strong impact even if you are doing what you are asked
