Pros

They provide daily lunch and semi good snacks. The employees are diverse but can be hit or miss. Due to work gossip. Plenty of parking. Security on site is friendly and personable.

Cons

It’s contracted work. You can be let go for any little thing. Literally. People come and go because the rules/policies are manipulated. There is no steady policies. The training is abysmal. No standardized training. Lastly, the power trip some people have. Management always looks bothered when you talk to them. Can’t really move into other departments, it’s a waiting list or you’re overlooked. So no growth.

-Surprisingly trans-friendly -Pay was very decent for what the job was -Most of the people were chill

Cons

-CONSTANT Surveillance like you wouldn't believe -micromanaging your every move -complete sausage fest -easy to get fired, all it takes is 1 policy violation and there are several that are one-and done -independent contractor with no rights

The food here is exceptional.

Cons

I joined the simulation team a while ago, and I must inform you that it is not a favorable work environment. This is especially true for the 3D simulation team. Initially, things were manageable, but the situation deteriorated significantly when a new manager joined in late 2023. Micromanagement became prevalent, and it was evident that long-term vision was not their forte. Consider this a warning.
