As with any startup and company that is on the cutting edge of technology with ambitious goals, there's plenty of opportunity to add value in various aspects of the company. This enables individuals who are looking beyond their "jd" to learn and grow their career into their area of interest.

Cons

As with any company that moves fast, lack of certain processes, and clear ownership can make certain projects feel like a headache. It's part of the growing pains but a lot of time is wasted figuring out who does what in certain situations. Overall though, they're making strides to improve problematic areas.
