Pros

Everyday Zotec is striving to be the best revenue cycle and practice management company. The company is dedicated to delighting clients and providing the best soItutions for health care providers. It feels good to work for a company with leadership that is focused on continuously improving and to work with people who care about what they do. From what I have seen the company really takes care of its employees who show up with an attitude to make a difference. I have seen a lot of negative reviews on glass door about Zotec's leaders and couldn't disagree more. After the most recent acquisition a lot of employees lost their jobs which is what caused majority of the negative reviews. If you don't show up to work to make a difference everyday then Zotec isn't going to be for you.

Cons

I have small desk and sit too close to other employees which can sometimes make it difficult to focus.

Pros

It's all about who you work for. Like in any company there are good leaders and bad ones. It's a fast paced and challenging environment where you can grow if you want to, but you need to be willing to show a hard work ethic and enthusiasm about your position- even during the ups and downs!

Cons

Technology teams are treated to more perks than rest of the organization; more flexible hours, team lunches, day trips, etc. The exec management team is disconnected from day to day ops yet tries to make decisions about those ops which they are not up to date on.

Micro-management Very little personal space Hostile work environment Very little opportunity to move up unless you're a favorite of leadership Working here will make you feel like you're consistently being visually watched People with little to no experience are in management positions solely based on who they knew This is a borderline racist company
