Pros

I have worked for many companies and many bosses over my 25 years + in healthcare. This job is by far the best as far as the work and management goes. They don't micromanage. I despise micromanaging so this job is perfect for me!

Cons

None, they have great benefits. Management is great to work with you when you need to take either a few hours off or even a few days off. I have the option to make up the hours or take PTO.

Zotec was extremely generous with their compensation and management allowed me to do my job without any micromanagement.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints regarding the Practice Management side of the business. I know there were occasional patient complaints regarding the billing side.
