Pros

There isn't much here. Company knows how to market to unsuspecting doctors and uses the fear factor to its advantage.

Cons

Sadly there are many negatives here. It didn't used to be this way. Greed changes people? The Titanic was the luxury cruise liner that promised to change the world. From law suites over fraud allegations and investigations to mass lay offs to finance the luxury toys of the CEO, T.Scott Law and pay the over-leveraged company debt. Ironic that the Titanic also starts wit a T.

Pros

A couple of the office managers are good, but that's about it. Benefits are ok but not as good as in the past.

Cons

There is little to no communication from upper management. You are left to worry about your job and what's going to happen next. There were layoffs based on the level of automation available, but whenever we suggest ideas for automation we are told that it's not possible. We have fewer employees and are expected to still get the work done.

Pros

Co-Workers are great. Company throws are great Christmas Party every year...wish I had more to say here.

Cons

Management fails to implement ideas with the help of the people who actually work the file. Understaffed, especially in the work files with a 24 hour turn around time. They are too worried about growing and not worried enough about making sure they have the staff in place to handle these new clients before they go live. Cross Training is non-existent - if you take a vacation or need a day off do not expect anyone to work your files while you are out, prepare to come back to a mess. Expect to be micromanaged. Customer Service is a joke - half of the Customer Service representatives cannot read an Explanation of Benefits. If you have to call into the Customer Service team expect long hold times and to be told your account is being moved to another team for review. HIPAA Laws are broken on a daily basis - Hospital and Insurance website logins are expected to be stored in a public folder on your computer so that anyone and everyone in the company can access it, some of these logins are even from past employees. Once you give your notice management becomes hostile.
