+ Strategy has crystallized over the last year or so, focus on quality adventure and travel now clear + Product consumers believe in, rave about, and share with friends + Company embraces product, encourages employees to take time to participate in adventures and activities

Cons

- Operating in new local markets difficult for first few months until critical mass of subscribers. - New product launches happen quickly, sometimes with bugs/errors that must be quickly corrected.

Great place to work, especially as an intern. Although unpaid, good achievement based awards to motivate. relaxed environment. Down to chill

Cons

Long commute, san francisco can be very busy, somewhat disorganized (it was a start up). Really a great experience though
