Pros

Good people in the trenches.

Cons

The SR. Leadership / Lack of it. They do not share anything. It's as if they feel better about themselves by keeping secrets from their the employees. They they lay you off.

Leadership lacks experience and maturity

Pros

The people I worked with in all departments who were not in management were hard working, responsible, proactive and kept the company afloat.

Cons

Upper management and executive team are inexperienced and there was a bro-culture that I didn't notice until I got there. Not a single woman was in a leadership position and nevermind D&I. Percentage of minorities (e.g. non-white) was an astronomical 7%! There wasn't any transparency on where the company was headed, the goals and milestones for the year, and where the C series funding was spent on.

Pros

Great people are really what keep everyone here

Cons

So disorganized, just laid off half of the staff with no prior or current transparency. Did it in a really terrible way with deliberately negative impacts on the laid off employees. Hopefully it will only go up from here
