      Global Presence Well respected brand with many market leading propositions across the life and non life functions

      Cons

      Common with Swiss Companies there are plenty of functions that tend to lack agility and accepting change in line with market conditions.

      Pros

      Decent work environment, mostly nice people. Very nice offices in both places I worked.

      Cons

      Bogged down in process, and modeling. Took the "underwriting" out of underwriting. Took a blanket view of pricing which causes a flight of good business out the door, leaving under priced sub standard business.
