Cons

Poor work/life balance, demanding, high expectations and a lot of turn over. Managers with overbearing and abrasive style.

Pros

Honeymoon phase last about 3 months so you are off to a good start to make a difference and contribute to the company. Opportunity, excitement, and challenge for workers who don't mind working with unsympathetic managers with no life of their own. Managers hire versions of themselves. Must like sports.

Cons

Heavy recruiting from local colleges or friends network and they seem to like to hire a certain type. Lots of clones walking around the place. Answer honestly on the employee survey and find yourself replaced by a new clone. Lots of talk about the new toy that the Chairman wants to buy. Is this what we are working for? Make money for the Chairman? Silly place indeed - unless you are a clone.

teaching organization, give you authority & power to make decisions, great for promotion potential if you are willing to work, Great team of people - highly talented & motivated

Cons

I worked at a few locations & you will be working 6-7 days per week 12+ hours per day. On top of that I was on-call all the time too. VERY long hours.
