Decent wages, ok benefits. 401k match is atypical of other employers, 3% is matched but not vested for 3 years.
Cons
Funny how that works. People take the time to write out genuine concerns about the culture here, and suddenly there's a magical wave of 5-star 'everything is awesome' reviews posted back-to-back from February through March. You can basically picture the HR bowler tracking Glassdoor scores with a 2.8 jump off, and their brilliant 'root cause countermeasure' to hit a 4.0 target was just planting fake reviews. Instead of doing the actual work to fix the problems, they just manipulated the metrics. Tells you all you need to know before accepting an offer here.
