-Work is physically unchallenging -Relatively easy to learn workflow

Cons

-While your office may be fine, the larger company is cold and disconnected from its employees -The company is so sure it does everything correctly and so focused on having stringent rules that it fails to care for or accomodate employees in any way -CTO (time off) structure is ultimately a severe downside -Management (especially upper management) tends to be severely disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations -Communication throughout the company is terrible -You will likely be relied upon to correct others' mistakes (perhaps SEVERAL others, depending on your independent responsibilities)
