      Nice place for fresh graduates, but not so for seniors

      Pros

      Free food, unlimited vocation, genius founder, lots of t-shirts, zynga daily news to keep up to date with what is happening around in the industry.

      Cons

      Lots of politics, company grows too fast, lots of incompetents in the management. Game wise great, technology wise not so. Have to play politics to get promotion. No pork for religious reasons :).

      Pros

      The company spends an excessive amount of money to provide their employees with food, snacks, freebies, weekly happy hours, and team outings.

      Cons

      Unlimited vacation and no formal vacation policy means no vacation build-up and leaves you wondering when if at all, time can be taken off. If you leave the company for any reason, there is no pay out (however, no company is required to do so).

      Pros

      In appearance Zynga is great. Good salary, good growth, solid products.

      Cons

      There are some things that we don't dare to say, because there is pressure in hiding it. HR won't protect either because of the politics and the company would have blurry lines around harassment, toxicity, bullying whether it is towards foreigners or women. Careers can be great in the right team, but if ending up in a toxic team as there is no HR shield things can easily go wild and wound people deeper than a job should do.
