Pros

Saying I love working at Zynga is an understatement - I truly love coming into work and doing my job for the first time in my life. Zynga has the most incredible people, perks, benefits, rewarding experiences, growth opportunities, events, and more. I feel super lucky to get to call this "work" every day. Also - the dogs here rule.

Pros

Depending on where you come from, benefits seem great. Mainly just lunch in SF (light breakfast) with lots of events and happy hours around the office, gym and you can bring your dog. Nothing like FANG, but better than a lot of others. If you're doing a business function, Zynga's a decent place to learn and be scrappy.

Cons

Weak leadership who appear to be counting down the days until their stock fully vests. Employees don't seem connected to the company or values (as there aren't really any). Inauthentic women's programming - not an uplifting community internally. If you're a seasoned engineer or creative, you’ll get bored updating Zynga Poker for the rest of your life.

Pros

Learning every day, start up feeling, perks, interpersonal relationships etc a wealth of experiences and gains at multiple levels, including international travel

Cons

A few colleagues spend most of their time gloating about their achievements which amount to nothing. I could live with that despite being annoying however it was even more disappointing when senior managers valued those people and promoted them
