From the Director of HR to the Country Head, their readiness to engage with employees, regardless of designation, through platforms like Slack, demonstrates a strong commitment to open communication and employee support.

We've recently seen some talent leave for competitors offering higher salaries. I believe it's important for Zynga to seriously examine this trend. Addressing our compensation strategy could be key to retaining our valuable employees and maintaining our competitive edge.
