Pros

The office is beautiful with a friendly environment and excellent work-life balance. There are numerous perks, including free breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks. Benefits like childcare, goodies, medical coverage, and a mentorship program are also provided. Overall, it's a great place to work and grow your career.

Cons

Promotions are not based on your work alone but on extracurricular activities, such as conducting extra sessions or how active and engaged you are within the team.

Pros

Most people are nice to work with, but don't expect meaningful career growth if you don't fit a specific mold.

Cons

Zynga is an incredibly toxic place to work for minorities in the games industry. On more than one occasion, they secretly hired outside Directors and essentially demoted team leaders from minority backgrounds without warning. Promotions are based on bias, not any meaningful standard held up across the company.
