The culture here is great, with everyone being very nice and supportive of each other. Lots of new games and initiatives being created while I was here and the leadership seems to have a good plan and communicates it well.

Cons

The pay was a bit lower. Ended up leaving as another opportunity came up that was too much of an increase in pay to turn down.
