Pros

Hospitality is enjoyable to work in.

Cons

Too many unreasonable hoops. You are 6 weeks away from being terminated at any given moment in time if you don't meet the hoops. You must work 18+ hours of overtime in order to jump through the hoop and have some sense of job security. None of this is revealed in the interview process or training. It is found out on accident on the floor-hence the large turnover.

Pros

P-3, fake money they give you you can buy things or take trips with. You are guaranteed to get sick from eating at their cafe.

Cons

Management is trained that if they dont like you, they actually pick on you and demean you in front of others in an attempt to Harass and bully you out of the job. If you are not a part of their "crew" ie they all went to High School and know each other for years. it is very incestuous. They are a ll married to each other have had affairs with each other and are quite frankly the most repulsive group of humans on the planet.

Pros

Their main office is in a great location and they have a nice selection of amenities on site.

Cons

They spin it like they're continuing to grow, but in all reality they lose so many people that get tired of selling their questionable products that the only way they can keep the wheels on is to hold weekly 'job fairs' which are really cattle calls to get people in to fill seats. They're actually reached a point where they are running out of people who haven't heard about them, so they're opening call centers in other markets to get some fresh bodies. One last tip, having this company on your resume is apparently a red flag to hiring managers as their reputation precedes them and it's seen as a negative if you've worked for them, so be warned before settling for a gig with this questionable outfit or be prepared to hide it from your employment history.
