The profit is we get to learn more and more about Cruises and functionality of this business throughout the Cruise Lines we cater to. It has been a rollercoaster ride for me all together. I have learned, trained and educated my colleagues. As we say learning never ends, here at arrivia I have got many opportunity to grow myself along with the growth of company.

Cons

The only consequences I have seen so far is I get addicted to my work day on day. With the training and knowledge sharing program at arrivia.
