In the Portugal Office there is bullying,harassment and a mobbing structure if you don't fit in. This is not the full office but departmental. Infr0nt of a.senior supervisor my direct supervisor walked up to us and made an age/disability joke( which wasn't funny) he asked if we.were talking about hip replacements surgeries? Yes I'm the oldest or.one of the oldest in the office plus disabled 2 form of lupus. Same guy well both of them left.me off of the.last 2 shifts bids.

nightshift and they expect you to come to office during heavy rain. They give PC so if ever you want WFH you have to carry pc to home and bring back. one way transport
