Pros

Compensation were good few years back

Cons

There is a lot of biasness during promotions and the management think very highly of themselves and lack integrity to do bare minimum such as helping their employees with documents they need

Pros

Salary good but not enough.

Cons

Commission rate is so low. Plus the management specially in Ortigas and Clark constantly gossiping and micromanaging, power tripping. Once they don't like any of the agent they will all drag them out using all the power and positions they have. All the loop holes will be done just to kick out that person they don't like outmost.
