      Pros

      Monthly gratis was awesome-being able to personally test out the product including starter kits. You definitely learn alot in terms of skin care necessities and make up tips. Its an overall fun place to work.

      Poor upper management and alot of turnover.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time working for the company, met a lot of great people and walked away a better leader.

      Cons

      The marketplace is now over saturated with mineral make up and goals are very aggressive with little strategic support... Be the next big change in the industry again, figure out how to create what is next.

      Pros

      I loved my manager and loved a lot of the people I got to meet and work with. The employee discount was great as well!

      Cons

      Some of the other staff and the assistant manager. We didn’t work off of commission but we had sales goals and I did really well so some of the staff were jealous.
