      Pros

      - Friendly and welcoming team - Pressure is not too high (unlike some other companies), but still enough to encourage you to do well - Great company that cares about and looks after its staff - Always feel supported in whatever you do

      Cons

      - Commission could be better (could also be worse) - No one ever leaves, making it a bit more difficult to progress within the company (nice that no one wants to leave though)

      Pros

      The "girlfriend experience" is at the core of every interaction. Customer service, makeup, skincare, and having fun are part of every shift. If you like makeup or just like the btand, it is an amazing job.

      Cons

      In-store politics are exhausting. A female/gay-male dominated company leads to lots of drama and focus that is not on the business or the clients. Poor district management leads to lacking wages, minimal feedback on operational matters. Lots of gaps in communication from corporate to boutique level. I have experienced several times managers who are not keen on promoting from within. The practice of "temporary key holders" leads to lower wages if the associate becomes a permanent key.

      Pros

      Working with some of the finest cosmetics in the marketplace for flawless application and price point. Loved every aspect of my position and working with my clients and coworkers.

      Cons

      None except having to wash the floor at the end of the night shifts.
