      Pros

      The Bidadoo motto is "Do The Right Thing" that saying carries through to they're employees. The sky is the limit for the right person with the right skills. Huge emphasis on work & play hard - the organization is very team orientated. Multiple annual employee appreciation/team building events!

      Cons

      The auction type environment can be mentally & physical demand (Bidadoo is a weekly auction platform). Working in poor outdoor atmospheric conditioning.

      - Excellent culture - Great vision and innovator in the auction market - Very strong focus on the Customer - Very ethical approach to auctions - which is not always the case in the equipment business

      Cons

      - Watch out for Ritchie Bros auctions who just bought Iron planet are are huge. They will look to dominate the market, but they will have their challenges merging the 2 companies. Very challenging. - Need to get ebay to create a better brand for construction equipment - they are not seen as a major player. They need to improve and/or bidadoo should launch their own site

      Pros

      flexibility, creativity, growth. There's something new every day in both challenges and opportunities. Great crew and fun management. Never a letdown-there's always another auction day staring you in the face next week.

      Cons

      Lack of structure if you need that kind of thing to work. Plans can and will change; it's important to remain flexible. If you're expecting fish and you get steak, that's OK.
