Pros

The culture at bidadoo is very supportive and diverse. I feel I am well compensated in both my salary and benefits for my work. My role requires me to travel and meet with customers and potential customers daily to look at equipment. I have my own territory and form my own schedule. I talk to top leadership multiple times a week, they are approachable and genuinely want to help. There is definitely opportunities to grow and advance at bidadoo.

Cons

I don't see these as cons, but I can understand how some people could. In this role you are basically building your own business in your territory. You will be calling, emailing, and traveling to meet customers in person and to look at equipment. You will work outside of normal business hours and days to meet up with customers for events and outings.
