      Pros

      Company objectives and path for success are on point. Their vision of where the company should go and how to get there make sense to the demand of the market. Many customers love the company for that purpose.

      Cons

      Hard to work with the owners. Both owners like to control EVERY aspect of the company. You will make a decision as a manager, but then is overturned by one of the owners. Neither of them like conflict or disappointing other's feelings, so they make decisions based on those scenarios. The owners need to understand how to delegate and allow others to make decisions based on the company mission, let the managers manage and lead the company. Let go.
