      Amazing work culture. Incredible work/life balance and family time is encouraged. Structured for success. Company has eyes on the future and how to grow everyday. Understanding everyone brings value and experience to a team, no matter the size. Benefits and compensation are extremely fair. Many perks, food, trips, yachts.

      Cons

      Its still a job, so thats a con. High traffic office location. Many different cultures and minds can make a solid idea hard to agree on
