Pros

- manager is super nice - very good pay and good weekend rates - work isn’t too difficult, just have to be able to use common sense and once you become confident in the tasks it becomes easy - most customers are really nice and a few regulars that come in are always friendly - generally have 6 hour shifts which isn’t too long and isn’t too short

Cons

- not many staff benefits or opportunity for growth - only get weekend rates on public holidays and not double pay - overnight shifts don’t pay more unless you’re part time, if you’re casual you don’t get more - questionable break rules - repetitive work days - understaffed during COVID-19 which puts pressure on other staff to not miss work - some tasks can be physically draining
