Overall, as a newcomer, bp culture is open and diverse. We celebrate diversity and encourage to uphold failures as they emphasize the learning of each mistake.

Cons

Working in a diverse team with different time zone can be a bit intimating as you will need to get used to the different time zones and working culture of people from different regions.

interesting and engaging work to do and being done excellent pay & benefits good work/life balance great workplace atmosphere & culture (nice people!) good/stable management & structure

Cons

management can be slow and rigid at times middle management too concerned about proving near term value at the expense of long term vision & opportunities (minor complaint)
