Pros

Ability to work with the best minds in the industry. Great work flexibility which is great for someone who lives in Luanda. Fantastic reward package as compared to most companies in Luanda.

Cons

Western way of doing things still see as the right way. Work is cascaded down from the centre sometimes without much consideration about how things work in MoW countries.
